Take A Closer Look At The SleepingSalesman Administration Module.

Toolbar

All the main functions you perform in the SleepingSalesman Administration Module (SSAM) are available via the toolbar in the main window.

Click the button below for more information in this function.

Exit Button

This will exit SSAM.

Note: You will be asked if you want to save any changes you have made when you exit. Please note this does NOT include changes to product images or product descriptions as these are saved when you close the window used to edit them.

Cleanup Orphaned Files

Orphaned files are files which used to be used by the SleepingSalesman system but are no longer used. Examples of these can include old descriptions or old images. SSAM won't take it upon itself to delete these files from your system - you may want them at a later date - however this function allows you to cleanup your local SSAM installation of these orphaned files.

Brochure View/Print

This function allows you to view and print a schedule/brochure for the selected vehicle.

Settings

This button opens the SSAM settings window.

Read SleepingSalesman Database from the website

This synchronises your local SSAM with the content on your web site.

Write the SleepingSalesman Database to the website

This writes your current product list to the website.

Live View

Live view opens your web browser directly into your showroom. This lets you see any changes you've made quickly and easily.

Add Product

This button allows you to add a new vehicle to your database.

Remove Product

This button allows you to remove the selected vehicle from your database.

Move Product Up

This allows you to move the selected vehicle earlier in the list of vehicles in SleepingSalesman.

This allows you to move the selected vehicle later in the list of vehicles in SleepingSalesman.
